How Founders Should Communicate with VCs
I like very well articulated Problem and Solution statements.
I like very well articulated learning agendas (what they expect to learn for how much money and how quickly).
I can’t stand slides that try to highlight the strength of their “advisors” or “prominent angel investors”. Garbage.
And I think team slides aren’t worth much. Everyone is 2-minutes-interesting but nobody is 15-minutes-interesting. I get to know the strength of teams by interacting with them vs. digging into previous accomplishments.
